Stage Props was created to meet the growing demand for realistic smoking scenes in modern productions, where traditional cigarettes are increasingly impractical due to venue restrictions, safety requirements and changing production practices.

What We Do

Our first product is the Stage Props reusable stage cigarette prop system, which combines rechargeable batteries with replacement filters to create realistic smoking scenes for rehearsals, performances and filming.
As the Stage Props range continues to grow, we remain focused on developing practical, reusable solutions that help productions create authentic visual effects safely and consistently.

Our Approach

Our replacement filters contain only two ingredients:
- Propylene Glycol (PG)
- Vegetable Glycerin (VG)
There are no other ingredients.
The filters contain:
- No nicotine
- No tobacco
- No flavourings
- No colourings
- No additives
Propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are also used as ingredients in certain professional theatrical fog and atmospheric products. This does not automatically constitute approval for any particular production; the specific use must be assessed by the responsible production. Combined with the reusable battery system, they produce the Stage Props visible effect.
