We use an inventory management system as part of order processing to handle contracts. For this purpose, the personal data collected during your order is transmitted to:

After your objection, the processing of the affected data will be stopped unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
15. How Long We Store Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
- Orders & Financial Data: Retained for 5 years in accordance with tax and accounting obligations.
- Customer Support Correspondence: Retained for 2 years from the last customer contact.
- Analytics Data: Retained for 14 months, as configured in tools like Google Analytics.
- Cookies: Stored for durations set by each cookie provider.
- User Accounts: Retained until the customer requests deletion. Order data may still be kept where legally required.
If you request deletion of your data and we are not legally required to retain it, we will delete it within one month.
